Doctoral School Board of Directors call for student representative elections

In compliance with the Agreement of the Steering Committee of the Doctoral School of 13 March 2024, which approves the procedure for electing the student representative of the Steering Committee of the UIC Barcelona Doctoral School, and once published the census of voters and eligible representatives of the student sector in Moodle, the EDOC of UIC Barcelona states the following:

1. Elections call for representatives of the student sector of the Steering Committee of the Doctoral School, numbering 1, according to the attached calendar (Annex I).
2. Individuals enrolled in an official Doctoral programme during the 2023-2024 academic year will be eligible to vote and as candidates.
3. Candidatures will be individual and will be addressed to the Secretary of the Doctoral School. They will be submitted exclusively through the online form provided (link).
4. The vote will be held on 24 April 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the UIC Doctoral School: Campus Barcelona (Alpha Building, 3rd Floor , Immaculada 22, Barcelona) and Campus Sant Cugat (VRIT, 3rd Floor , Josep Trueta, Sant Cugat del Vallès).
